How do I save a quote with its page number?

Keep the lines you want to find again, each with the page it came from. They stay with their book, and they all gather in Quotes & Notes.

Save a Quote

  1. 1Open the BookGo to the book’s page and open its Favorite Quotes tab.
  2. 2Add ItTap the add button at the bottom, then type or paste the quote.
  3. 3Add the PageEnter the page number. It’s optional, but it’s how you find the passage again.
  4. 4Keep ItMark it as a favorite if it’s one of the best, and save it.

In the Middle of a Session

No need to stop the timer. Tap the note button beside Pause, write the quote, and pick Favorite Quotes as where it goes. The clock waits while you write.

Find Them Again

  • Quotes & Notes, in the Library, gathers every quote and note from every book
  • Sort them by Book & Page, or turn on Only Favorites
  • Searching your library finds a quote by any word in it
  • Touch and hold a quote and choose Share to turn it into a card
